Moritz Jörg 854fecd670 feat: Add Controls/FullScreen bindings ...

Provides a button that when clicked fills up the full screen with the map.
It is supported by 82% of browser [ref](https://caniuse.com/fullscreen).

Also changes TargetFramework to netstandard2.1 for better compat
