Example taken from 11f80ccca7/Tutorials/REEF3D_CFD/11_1%202D%20Dam%20Break
First run DIVEMesh (takes only seconds):
$ sbatch 01-run-divemesh.sh
Then run REEF3D (takes 20-30 minutes):
$ sbatch 02-run-reef3d.sh
It is tricky to combine them into one job script since DIVEMesh seems to use OpenMP and REEF3D uses MPI.
